Terms & Conditions

All international orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Additionally, we use US postal for shipping international orders. Once the package has been given to USPS we have no control over the route and time the package takes to arrive at your destination, due to variables such as weather, customs, transport issues at airports etc. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds to any international packages once we send them.  If the package makes its way back to us we will refund your money if it is received in resellable condition.
