This specialized formula supplies bioavailable forms of calcium and magnesium that play a role in muscle contraction and relaxation. These minerals are then blended with passionflower flower and valerian for added relaxation support.

May help relieve minor muscle pain associated with stress or physical exertion, and may prevent nocturnal leg muscle cramps.

Magnesium (as magnesium citrate) 100 mg 25%
Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) Flower 5.5:1 Extract 40 mg
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) Root Extract 20 mg

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid (vegetable), silica, and coating (hypromellose, medium chain triglycerides, and hydroxypropylcellulose).

This product is Gluten Free and Vegetarian.

Formulated to Exclude: Wheat, gluten, soy, dairy products, egg, nuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacean shellfish, colors, artificial sweeteners, and preservatives.

Directions: Take two tablets up to three times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
