Chasteberry (Vitex agnus-castus) 10:1 Fruit Extract 100 mg
Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa†) Root & Rhizome Extract [standardized 40 mg
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) Root 15:1 Extract (containing withanolides) 60 mg

Other Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, silica, stearic acid (vegetable), and coating (water, hypromellose, medium chain triglycerides, and hydroxypropylcellulose).

Warning: Do not use if pregnant or nursing.

Formulated to Exclude: Wheat, gluten, corn protein, soy, animal or dairy products, nuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacean shellfish, colors, artificial sweeteners, and preservatives.
