Ashwagandha Forte is an herbal supplement that contains Ashwagandha root used traditionally as a rejuvenating tonic for stress, immune system and cognition support.*
 
It is traditionally used in Ayurvedic herbal preparations:

 Ashwagandha Forte is a single-ingredient preparation of Withania somnifera, also known as ‘Ashwagandha’. Each tablet is standardized to contain 10 mg of withanolides (the key active component in this herb) to ensure optimal strength and quality.
ASHWAGANDHA COMPLEX is a combination of Skullcap, Ashwagandha, Licorice and Korean Ginseng.
 
ASHWAGANDHA FORTE is introduced with a much higher dose of root extract 4 grams per tablet and contains 10mg of withanolides Ashwagandha Complex contains less than 1mg of root extract per tablet.
 
The beauty of the new Ashwagandha Forte is the quality of the ingredients and Medi Herb testing each batch to ensure 10mg of withanolides per tablet independent testing shows many products either do not make label claims for withanolides, or if they do, sadly the ingredients do not live up the label claims.
