Thermophilus, L. Plantarum, L. Salivarius, L. Reuteri, L. Casei, L. Bulgaricus, and L. Acidophilus DDS1, Solomon Seal Root, Eleuthero Root, Agaricus Blazei Mushroom, Reishi Mushroom, Licorice Root, Polygonatum Root, Red Root, Milk Thistle Seed, Olive Leaf, Turkey Tail Mushroom, Schizandra Berry, Maitake Mushroom.

Shelf Life: 5 years
Storage: Store in cupboard. No refrigeration necessary.
Shake well. Take 1 ml, 1 - 2 times per day in water, juice, or tea. Recommended for a minimum of 2 - 4 months or as needed depending upon individual imbalances.
For maintenance: Take 1 ml a day, 2 - 4 times per week.
