One capsule contains:

Enzymes (200mg): Bromelain, Rutin, Papain, Trypsin, Chymotrypsin

Herbs (350mg): Tienchi Ginseng root* (san qi), Corydalis rhizome (yan hu suo), Safflower flower (hong hua), Myrrh gum resin (mo yao), Indian Frankincense gum* (ru xiang), Borneol resin (bing pian), * extract

Internal: 3 capsules TID or more times per day, taken between meals. If digestive discomfort occurs, reduce dosage.
