Take Dr. Garber’s Natural Solutions® for Lungs throughout the day as needed. 

Take one or two half droppers 2-4 times per day in a small amount of water. 
For more chronic conditions‚ two half droppers twice daily will usually be sufficient. 
For more acute situations‚ more frequent dosing of one half dropper 4 times or more per day will have a better action. 

The amount can be safely increased so use as much as you need to achieve the desired result. If it applies to your particular situation you may find that taking Dr. Garber’s Natural Solutions® for Allergy as well will produce an even better result.
